Have you ever wondered what some of the benefits are to studying mathematics at WKU? Are you unsure of what to do after graduation? A great resource for answers to these questions are the people who have been in your shoes before! In the Pi Mu Epsilon Math Alumni Speaker Series (PME MASS), WKU Mathematics alumni speak about their career paths and how studying mathematics at WKU has been beneficial to them. Each event ends with a Q&A session.

We are pleased to announce our March speaker, Matthew Wallace, a clinical biostatistician at Exact Sciences. Matthew will be speaking to us via Zoom on Tuesday, March 4, at 4:00 PM. You have the option of joining us in person (in COHH 3119, where light refreshments will be served) or via Zoom (https://wku.zoom.us/j/99412867316). The Venerable Khepo Tsering Phuntsok, a Buddhist monk, will share the Buddhist religious tradition concepts of Mindfulness & Compassion. He is from Nepal, and he is able to share much knowledge regarding Tibetan culture and what it is like to live in Nepal. Bring your curiosity, and join us as we dialogue about these topics. This is a swipeable event.

  • First-round games March 2: Barren County 52, Cumberland County 39; Franklin-Simpson 58, South Warren 33.
  • First-round games March 3: Bowling Green 37, Todd County Central 35; Metcalfe County 45, Warren East 44.
  • Semifinal games March 4: Barren County vs. Franklin-Simpson, 6:30 p.m.; Bowling Green vs. Metcalfe County, 8 p.m.
  • Championship game at 7 p.m. March 8

Event parking: Parking Structures 1 & 2 will be used for event parking for $5. More information
