The Venerable Khepo Tsering Phuntsok, a Buddhist monk, will share the Buddhist religious tradition concepts of Mindfulness & Compassion. He is from Nepal, and he is able to share much knowledge regarding Tibetan culture and what it is like to live in Nepal. Bring your curiosity, and join us as we dialogue about these topics. This is a swipeable event.
