Construction Management
School of Engineering and Applied Sciences
Empowering Tomorrow's Builders
Construction managers combine the art of design with the science of building. They
use specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and
construction of a project, from its beginning to its end.
Why Construction Management at WKU?
Our program in Construction Management is designed to provide students with the technical and managerial skills needed to assume leading
positions in the construction industry. Small class sizes and an emphasis on applied
research opportunities make WKU's Construction Management program unique. Our project-based
curriculum allows students to work on real-world problems while gaining practical
skills that will be applicable in their careers after graduation.
