Learning Objectives
During this camp, participants will engage in a comprehensive learning experience designed to enhance their understanding of key concepts in sports science. The camp aims to cover fundamental principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition, providing athletes with valuable insights into optimizing their performance. Participants will also delve into injury prevention strategies, and recovery techniques.
