WKU Eclipse Volunteer Registration Form

WKU Faculty, staff, and student groups are encouraged to volunteer to help with the WKU Eclipse viewing event that will take place on August 21st. Volunteers should expect to commit a full day to the event.

Please complete the following to register to volunteer for the WKU Bowling Green Campus Eclipse Event taking place August 21, 2017.

I verify that I have approval from my supervisor/manager to volunteer for the event during the regular working day's hours.

*Event training will begin on the day of the event at 8:00 a.m. (continental breakfast to be provided) at the stadium.

Volunteers will receive their regular work day pay for normal working hours. Any additional hours will be treated as volunteer hours.

(Anticipated hours for work will be 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
