Radiation Safety Training

In order to use radioactive sources and/or radiation producing equipment at WKU, training with qualified PIs and Authorized Users must be completed, as well as an online Radiation Safety quiz. This quiz is made available on Blackboard and covers information from the following nine radiation safety training modules.  A passing grade of 70% or higher is required.  To request Blackboard access and to request dosimetry, please use the corresponding form for Radioactive Material Use or Radiation Producing Machines Use.
