In order for us to ensure that your event gets the highest quality service, please
use the following guidelines for your food and beverage needs.
The confirmation form must be received by the Expo at close of business, 7 business
days prior to the event start date and must be faxed to (270) 745-2518.
Menu selections and final count attendance must be confirmed 7 business days prior
to the event start date.
This includes menu option, sides and dessert choices, as well as any additional items.
Note: A confirmation form will be sent to you following receipt of the service request.
Filling out and returning this form is required.
Any substantial menu changes or increases in attendance after the confirmation is
submitted and/or due (7 business days prior to event) will incur additional charges,
based on the requested difference.
If guest count is greater than guaranteed number, customer will be billed for the
greater number.
Menu options and prices are subject to change without notice.
Events cancelling less than 7 business days prior to the event will be responsible
for 75% of the expected final invoice amount.
