Here are some ideas to relieve stress and practice self care while also practicing social distancing:
Be creative: write, paint, journal, play music, etc.
Practice yoga or meditation exercises
Breathe deeply and slowly
Try something new
Go for a hike outside (remember social distancing)
Find new ways to be with friends virtually
Play online board games
Stream a movie together
Start a book club
Listen to a podcast
Play video games
