Cheesemaking Classes at WKU

The WKU Department of Agriculture offers courses on Cheesemaking for agriculture students at our WKU Farm facility taught by a master artisan cheesemaker.  Students are involved in every part of the cheesemaking process, and the cheese they produce is sold in the local community at area farmer's markets and online.
