WKU wins Cheese Clash: Wisconsin may have won the football game two weeks ago, but WKU won the Cheese Clash. Hilltopper Creamery sent three cheeses: smoked sharp cheddar, Gouda and Colby. We won two of the three categories, smoked sharp cheddar and colby!

We went to visit this past week The Hilltopper Creamery located on Western Kentucky University’s farm. Robbie Anderson​ was our guide around the farm and inside the facility where the milk from the cows on the farm is turned into cheddar.
