The Mahurin Honors College Admission Overview
Welcome!
The Mahurin Honors College (MHC) is a diverse community of about 1,200 students representing all academic majors and disciplines on Western Kentucky University's campus (see image below). The MHC offers the benefits of small engaging classes, a collaborative learning community, personal advising and unique access to research opportunities that can culminate in a honors thesis or other experiential learning opportunities to further a scholar's academic and professional goals.
How do I Apply?
All scholars interested in applying to The Mahurin Honors College (MHC) must be first admitted to WKU for general admission. Remember to complete your WKU Application for admission early. Learn more about the WKU application and deadlines on our admissions website.
