The MHC HonorsToppers

Hello! My name is Omar Mansour, I am a Mechanical Engineering Major who is looking to pick up my minor in mathematics here on the hill. I grew up all the way up North in Calgary AB, Canada. Yes, I am a Drake fan. My interests are in 3D Design and Aerospace Engineering which I plan to pursue in graduate school. I'm the president of BRRA, a model rocketry club that specializes in flying high-power rockets in the School of Applied Sciences & Engineering. I am also involved in HonorsToppers and serving on the Honors Development Board as the First-Year Class Representative.

 

Outside of school, I love to go outdoors, watch movies, and workout.  I enjoy watching sports of all kinds and am a former wrestler of six years. I have also played football, volleyball, and soccer. My advice for incoming scholars is never be afraid of pursuing something because its hard or unfamiliar. There really is no limit to what you can do!
