This form allows you to upload your photo to the ID Center at WKU. It will allow us to have a student ID created for the start of your college experience.

 

Important facts about uploading your photo:

1. Students will need to be logged into their Google accounts to submit a request. 

2. Take your photo in front of a solid background (against a solid wall is best).

3. Face straight ahead (like your driver's license).

4. Photos need to be in color with NO after effects.

5. Be appropriate. This is your WKU ID and it represents you.

6. No headgear (i.e. hats, scarves, sunglasses)

7. Picture size needs to be below 1 MB

Photos not following these rules will be rejected.

Please pick up your WKU ID immediately upon arriving on campus for the semester. 

The WKU ID Center is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on the second floor of the Downing Student Union.
