The state currently does not require applicants pursuing licensure to have graduated with a Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)-accredited master’s degree; but may require a graduate degree in a related field. In this state, there are specific requirements including: 63-22-104 Specific supervised post master professional experience; Clinical Practicum/Internship " at least three hundred (300) of which must be completed in a mental health or community agency setting."
