CE Credit Info & Conference Evaluations

Conference CE Evaluations will be available online during and after the conference; you may access them using the links below. The tracking form below is available to help you remember the details and ratings for each of your sessions if you wish to complete each session evaluation after the conference.

A maximum of 8 CE credits are available for attending the full conference.

• Eligible plenary sessions are 1 CE
• Each breakout session is 0.5 CEs
• Plenary 4 (research showcase), student showcases, and other meetings are not eligible

Eligible CE sessions are approved by the following CE Providers:

• KBSW - Kentucky Board of Social Work (all sessions)
• NBCC - National Board for Certified Counselors (indicated sessions)
• EILA – Effective Instruction Leadership Act
  An instructional leader may count attendance at education conferences up to six (6) hours of credit each school year with verification of attendance provided through the CE certificate.

CEs are provided at no cost to conference participants. They are supported through grant-funding* that requires us to collect detailed session evaluations and additional information from participants. To receive a CE certificate with credit for completed hours, you must complete ALL of the following:

1. Conference registration
2. Overall Conference Evaluation
3. Session Evaluation Form for EACH session you attended

All CE Evaluation Surveys must be completed by May 29, 2022, to receive your CE certificate. Upon completion of the online surveys, please allow a few weeks for us to create and email your CE Certificate to the email address indicated on your registration and evaluation forms.
