In an effort to reduce hold times for students and parents we have created a schedule of dedicated phone hours for our busiest month of the year this August. Doing so will allow us to pull more staff from their regular processing duties and allow them to man phone lines to field incoming calls during these high volume times leading up and through the start of the Fall 2015 semester! For the remainder of this week WKU will still be operating on their summer hour schedule so our phone hours in Student Financial Assistance will be as follows:

8-10 through 8-13 phone hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST
8-14 phone hours will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST

Starting on Monday August 17th through Monday August 31st the Office of Student Financial Assistance will continue to offer extra staff on the phone lines during the phone hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST Monday through Thursday.

We hope these changes allow students and parents shorter hold times and more specific help with their financial aid questions. As always if you prefer alternate ways to contact us to avoid phone wait times or need to reach us outside of our phone hours please visit our office during our posted business hours or email your questions to to appropriate area listed on our staff directory online.
