Director presented at 2009 ACHA Conference

Libby Greaney, Director of WKU Health Services was a presenter at the Annual American College Health Association (ACHA) Conference in San Francisco, CA May 26-30, 2009. Libby presented with Jennifer Lepus, MA, and Ethel Haskins-Cotton (University of Maryland-Baltimore County); Beth Eagles (University of Arkansas).

Presenters described the following:

Ways to participate in third party billing
Compare the success rate of various schools participating in in-house third party billing efforts
Administrative functions relative to managing a health center that performs in-house third party billing
