WKU News
- Grace, Richardson first WKU students selected as Rangel Scholars: Two WKU juniors are among the 15 scholars selected nationwide for the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program. Hayden Grace of Hopkinsville and Deven Richardson of Bowling Green are the first WKU students to earn this honor. They are the only students from a Kentucky institution in the 2018 cohort. Both are students in the Mahurin Honors College at WKU.
- WKU recognizes 2018 Faculty Award recipients: WKU recognized the recipients of its 2018 Faculty Awards -- Dr. Ching-Yi Lin, Dr. Jason Crandall, Dr. Brad Stinnett, Dr. Ke Peng and Dr. Jessica Furgerson.
- Investiture - Thank You: Friday was a beautiful day to gather as a WKU family to reflect and, more importantly, to look forward to the days ahead. - Attention WKU students: It's time to complete course evaluations: Attention WKU students: Please visit wku.evaluationkit.com to complete your Spring 2018 course evaluations. Students completing all course evaluations by May 3 will receive early access to grades on TopNet.
- Strategic Planning Committee open forum May 2: WKU’s Strategic Planning Committee will host its final open forum from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday (May 2) at the Rick and Ann Guillaume Auditorium, Grise Hall 235. More: Download a draft of the strategic plan.
- WKU Public Radio Weekday Newscast Schedule: Tune into WKU Public Radio for national and international news from NPR, and local newscasts every half hour during Morning Edition (4-9 a.m. Central), and All Things Considered (3-6 p.m. Central), as well as local news features and interviews produced by the WKU news staff. WKU's Public Radio can be heard on WKYU-FM (88.9) in Bowling Green/Glasgow; WDCL-FM (89.7) in Somerset/Campbellsville; WKPB-FM (88.9) in Henderson/Owensboro; WKUE-FM (90.9) in Elizabethtown/Bardstown; and online at http://www.wkyufm.org/

- Baseball: Trip to Austin Peay Up Next for WKU: Looking to break a midweek slide, WKU Baseball travels southwest this evening to take on Austin Peay at Raymond C. Hand Park. The game kicks off the Hilltoppers' May schedule, and will begin with first pitch at 6 p.m. in Clarksville, Tenn.

- New WKU program will train students with autism for careers: A new training program at WKU will give students with autism experience with every aspect of public broadcasting and operations with the goal of preparing them to enter the workforce.
