Staff attends Anthem BCBS Workshop

Stacie Sutter, Business Manager; Jeff Rose, Associate Director; Linda Heady, Insurance and Billing Coordinator; Sondra Schilke, Medical Accounts Associate and Keith Lancaster, Systems Administrator attended the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Relations Workshop on Monday, March 8 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.

The presentation on Availity and E Business was given by Anthem representatives. Availity is a multi-payer portal which allows healthcare providers to access multiple payers with a single sign on. Availity offers a variety of online functions to help reduce administrative costs by eliminating paperwork and phone calls.

Staff enjoyed learning about Availity and what it has to offer.
