Alfonso E. Barnes,M.D., Director, Gynecologic Oncology, Bethesda Hospitals, Cincinnati conducted a medical education program for WKU Health Services. The focus of the presentation was Practices in HPV Disease.

Dr. Alfonso Eduardo Barnes M.D. is Director, Gynecologic Oncology at Bethesda Hospitals, Cincinnati. Dr. Barnes attended University of Salamanca, Spain, completed a residency program at University of Tennessee Clinical Education Center and received postgraduate training in Gynecological Oncology at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati OH. Dr. Barnes is board certified in the area of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Barnes has been published in various scientific journals, including Obstetrics and Gynecology and Co authored chapters for the book "International Advances in Surgical Oncology". Dr. Barnes is also Diplomate of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
