Staff member attends ACHE Congress 2010

Terri Cunningham, Marketing Coordinator and MHA graduate student attended the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2010 Congress on Healthcare Leadership in Chicago, IL March 22-25. Terri will share what she learned with her colleagues at the next All Staff meeting. Some of the event sessions attended included:

  • The Politics of Healthcare Reform
  • Making Sense of Key Services and Operational Tools
  • Developing Your Personal Brand
  • The Courage to Lead: Tool for Emerging Leaders
  • Communicating in a Challenging Environment: A Key Management Skill
  • Leadership Assessment: How to Tell the Great From the Good
  • Diversity Breakfast

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) is known for credential, signifying board certification in healthcare management, and its educational programs including the annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership, which draws more than 4,000 participants each year.
