Annual Marketing update

Terri Cunningham was promoted to the Marketing Coordinator position in November 2008. In her role, she provides leadership, vision, and sets the direction for all marketing and awareness events for the department. She is charged with creating and designing all marketing materials, managing the HS website, revising all publications and print media. Terri has done a wonderful job enhancing the visibility of Health Services to the faculty/staff, students and alumni of WKU!
During her presentation she shared detailed aspects of her job including having various publications and advertisements available for staff to view. She also discussed new initiatives moving forward and how the staff can help promote the services of the organization and volunteer. Aside from marketing, Terri's job is to administer patient satisfaction surveys. She gave a brief update on survey results from February and March 2010. The results showed that majority of our patients are happy with the services we provide! Keep up the good work WKUHS!!
