Congrats to Keith Lancaster!!

Health IT Certification

Keith passed the final Health IT exam and is now a Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT). The CPHIT designation indicates that the holder has mastered the common body of knowledge covering planning, selecting, implementing, using, and managing health information technology (HIT) and electronic health record (EHR) applications.

Keith chose to pursue this certification so that he could complement his years of Information Technology experience with healthcare-specific technology training. The certification is good for two years, through the end of December 31, 2012.

The Health Services staff is proud of Keith and his recent achievement. Congratulations and job well done!!
