Shelly Nolloth completes RMA Certificate

American Medical Technologists

Shelly is now a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through the American Medical Technologists. A Medical Assistant (MA) is an integral member of the health care delivery team, qualified by education and experience to work in the administrative office, the examining room and the physician office laboratory. The Medical Assistant, also a liaison between the doctor and the patient, is of vital importance to the success of the medical practice.

Shelly chose to pursue this certification to compliment her years of working in various healthcare settings. To maintain this certification, she will be required to complete 30 certification continuation program (CCP) requirements every three years.

The Health Services staff is proud of Shelly and her recent achievement. Congratulations and job well done!!
