Get Quit Clinics in September!
ATTEND A FREE 1-HOUR WORKSHOP
Ready to jump-start your quit? These workshops are free, hour-long quit-smoking events designed to give you the tips, tools, and resources to get your quit off to a strong start. No finger-pointing or scary statistics. Just sound, straightforward information. This event is open to students, faculty and staff! You will need to register (see details below)
You'll get:
- Information on quitting and treatment options from a coach trained and certified by Mayo Clinic as a tobacco treatment specialist
- Insights from a smoker who has quit with the help of a prescription treatment option and support
- Helpful ideas on where to turn for support
- Strategies to avoid slipping up
- Next steps to help you speak with your doctor and set a quit date
