Coordinated this year by student Lyric Davis, the event will include the following members of the Forensics Team performing selections that they are using this year for competition:

- Quest Broussard, a freshman from Delcambre, Louisiana, performing programmed oral interpretation.
- Lyric Davis, a senior from Blue Springs, Missouri, performing duo interpretation with Andrea Ambam.

- Asha Wasuge, a senior from Irvine, California, performing prose interpretation.
- Symone Whalin, a freshman from Sonora, performing after-dinner speaking.
Originally created in 2016 by then-student Malik Badjie, the Black Excellence Exposition is an annual student-created and student-run performance to provide a stage for black voices by members of the WKU Forensic Team, as well as others from the university and the surrounding community. The Forensics Team video records all of its public performances, and will provide a video of this event on its YouTube channel at a later date.
