Nonprofit Administration Programs - Undergraduate major concentration

WKU offers students two undergraduate options in the Nonprofit Administration area:

• Nonprofit Administration major concentration in the Recreation Administration program
• Nonprofit Administration minor

Nonprofit Administration major concentration in the Recreation Administration program.

In addition to the major core courses in the Recreation Administration major, students in the Nonprofit Administration major concentration must also complete 12 hours from the following list or other courses approved by their Recreation Administration advisor. Complete the following courses:

• REC 220 Understanding The Nonprofit Sector (3)
• REC 460 Grant Writing For Nonprofit Organizations (3)
• MKT 220 Basic Marketing Concepts (3)

Complete 3 hours from the following courses:

• MGT 333 Management of Nonprofit Organizations (3)
• PS 340 Elements Of Public Administration (3)
