*Understanding Online Degree Availability
WKU provides two pathways to earning a bachelor's degree online (or predominantly online): 100% online degrees and 2+2 Bachelor Completion Degrees.
Understanding the difference is critical in the decision making process.
Online availability is noted for each program in the list on the right.
100% Online Degrees require no prior hours earned and may be completed entirely online.
2+2 Bachelor Completion Degrees are designed for students who have an associate degree from an accredited college or university or similar preparation. This classification assumes successful completion of necessary lower level courses with minimal exception. The degrees noted as 2+2 degrees may be completed entirely online if the student meets the defined criteria.
Transfer and former WKU students with previous hours earned may have additional options. Please contact our office to learn more!
