Refund Policy

A refund of tuition shall be made if a student officially withdraws or is dismissed from the University during the first three weeks of a regular semester. Information about tuition refund or reductions in outstanding fee liabilities for students who officially withdraw through TopNet or the Office of the Registrar, or who change their status from full-time to part-time or further reduce their part-time status through drop/add can be found here.  For information about On Demand refunds please visit here.

Financial Aid Recipients

Financial Aid recipients are strongly encouraged to consult with the Office of Student Financial Assistance regarding the impact of changes in enrollment.  Enrollment changes can have a significant impact on your current financial aid as well as your future financial aid eligibility.
