As Program Manager of Online Services, Tanya is responsible for overseeing the office of WKU On Demand, Online Student Services retention, and overseeing the Testing Center Coordinator. She is the primary contact for On Demand faculty, works closely with other WKU offices to improve and maintain On Demand procedures, coordinates office involvement in promotional events, and analyzes various On Demand reports and trends. Tanya works closely with the Online Student Services specialist to provide resources and be an advocate for current WKU online students. Tanya began working at WKU in August 2003 where she started her career in the Bursar’s office as a Billings and Receivables Specialist. In 2010, Tanya joined DELO in the office of WKU On Demand as an Independent Learning Specialist and then the Distance Learning Coordinator. In January 2020 she was promoted to Online Program Manager, Online Services.
