Parents' Advisory Council Financial Business Archive (2004-2009)
1. April 17, 2004 - Parents council donated $10,500 to be used for purchasing a safety phone and lighting throughout campus.
2. October 2, 2004 - Donated $4310.00 to the Student Escort Service
3. January 26, 2005 - $3,000 to the RHA for the National Conference, $1,500 for leadership and $4,000 for the Parents Handbook.
4. April 16, 2005 - $500 to Omega Phi Alpha, $500 to WKU Women's rugby club and $1,400 to Career Services
5. September 10, 2005 - $6,250 given to Center of Leadership Excellence
6. January 21, 2006 - $3000 to Master Plan, $1,200 to American Humanics Program, $3,000 to Police department, $3,000 for Leadership Program, $2,000 for RHA, $2,000 toward Judicial software.
7. April 29, 2006 - $1400 to the Amazing Tones of Joy, $2000 for the Traditions book, $875 for Career Services, $1500 to leadership program
8. November 12, 2006 - $300 for Phonathon Christmas Party, $1000 for Counseling and Testing Sexual Assault Awareness Month, $1,500 to American Humanics
9. January 20, 2007- $5,000 for Explorer Program, $2,500 to Dynamic Leadership Institute, $3,500 was set aside to fund the 21st Birthday Card.
10. April 21, 2007 - $1,800 for the College of Health and Human Services, $2,500 for Student Leadership.
11. Sept. 22, 2007- $6607.96 to Police Dept. for Active Shooter Training and $4280.00 to University Centers and Leadership for various Leadership activities.
12. January 19, 2008 - $500 Counseling and Testing Center for National Eating Disorder Awareness Week; $2356 to Preston for National Intramural Conference; $1000 for Up Till Dawn; $6360 to Leadership and Leadershape; $5034.35 to Police Dept. for new bicycles and helmets; $2300 for TopperTalk and SAA events.
13. April 12, 2008 - $5000 for DLI to attend alternative spring break; $3000 for the men's golf team; $3500 to Police Dept. for uniforms.
14. October 11, 2008 - $5,300 for Leadership and LeaderShape, $9,211 to the WKU Police Explorer Program for radios, $1,750 earmarked for next meeting if the Dina Smith Guest Lecture Series had matching funds.
15. January 31, 2009 - $2000 for Up Till Dawn, $3250 for Career Services, $3000 for Leadership, $1750 for Women's Safety Speaker Series, $2300 for Topper Talk, $6094 for the Police Dept., and $1200 for the CEC.
