Most students already have Study Board accounts. DO NOT submit this form unless you have used the “forgot password” link on the Study Board homepage https://wku.sona-systems.com to verify that you do not currently have an account.

Complete each field and Click the "Submit" button. All fields are required. Your account information (User ID and Password) will be emailed to you after the account is created.
