On this page you can find information about student research opportunities, faculty publications (many with student co-authors!), faculty grant funding, and study board (research participation). Experiencing psychological science is one of the best things you can do in your academic career. You will learn about how research is conducted, acquire skills that are valued by employers and graduate schools, and have the satisfaction of knowing that you are contributing to science.
Opportunities to get involved in a faculty member’s research lab are in high demand – Psychological Science Department faculty are popular! Priority is given to Psychological Science majors. Students who are not Psychological Science majors who want to do research in one of our department’s labs need to make an appointment with the Interim Department Chair, Dr. Katrina Burch, to discuss their plans.
