WKU's Dynamic Leadership Institute's professional development sessions are designed to teach students the interpersonal and professional skills that area business and industry most desire. 

PHASES 1/2 address: Leadership Style, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, Personality in Leadership, Effective Communication, Problem Solving, Cultural Literacy, and completion of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment. 

Job search preparation is the focus of PHASE 3 with sessions covering: resume writing, networking, interviewing and the effective use of social media (held at a later date).

Don't miss this opportunity to improve your resume and to develop into a more attractive candidate in today's competitive job market.
