Open to ALL: WKU/ECTC Faculty/Staff Students and General Public over the age of 12
Rite Aid will bill your insurance company
Humana, Passport, Wellcare, Tricare and Anthem BCBS will cover cost of immunization *This is not an inclusive list*
A discounted rate of $25 per flu shot will be offered for those without insurance coverage
Participants must provide a copy of drivers license and insurance card.
