Leadership Development is the focus of Dynamic Leadership Institute's, Phase II Program
Sessions include: Leadership Style/Leadership 360 assessment, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Decision Making/Consensus Building
The program will begin at 9 am and end at 1 pm
