Vaccinations will cost $15 (check or cash only)
Faculty/Staff - Please bring a valid driver's license and your insurance card to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are covered by the WKU Health Plan, this service is covered at 1005 with no co-pay.
Students - If you are covered by the WKU AHP Student Health Insurance Plan, this service is covered at 100% with no co-pay.
