Access WKU Policy Information

As part of its commitment to providing a safe and inclusive campus, WKU has established a Policy on investigating claims of discrimination and harassment.  The policy, which is maintained by the Equal Opportunity Office, sets forth:

• the types of behavior prohibited by the policy;
• the definition of discrimination, harassment, sexual herassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, consensensual relationships; and
• the University’s procedures for addressing and resolving reports of behaviors prohibited by the policy.
