Conference Schedule
Student and Session Chairs Registration
8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: First Floor Lobby
- Ongoing throughout the day
- Please register at least 30 minutes before your session begins.
Morning Sessions
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Oral Papers and Performances: Rooms 2081, 2123, 2124, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3023
- Posters: First and Second Floor Atriums
- Presenters are asked to remove their posters at the end of the session.
Lunch Break
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Complimentary lunch tickets will be provided to presenters, co-presenters, and Session Chairs who requested lunch within the Showcase portal prior to event day.
- Please pick up your lunch ticket with your nametag at the registration table.
Midday Sessions
12:15 PM – 1:45 PM
- Oral Papers and Performances: Rooms 2081, 2123, 2124, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3023
- Posters: First and Second Floor Atriums
- Presenters are asked to remove their posters at the end of the session.
Afternoon Sessions
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
