Society for Human Resource Management

The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a national organization that provides news, information, and support for active Human Resource (HR) professionals.  

The WKU student chapter of SHRM meets twice a month.  At these meetings, HR professionals from local companies are invited to discuss current HR topics or how HR is important to a particular organization.  These meetings allow students the opportunity to develop valuable connections with local HR professionals and learn more about the field.   

 

 

The student chapter also participates in community activities and holds several social activities and fundraisers throughout the academic year.
