The WKU Student Scholar Showcase is an event where students present their research and creative activities.

Conference Schedule

📝 Student and Session Chairs Registration
📍 First Floor Lobby
🕗 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Please register at least 30 minutes before your session begins.

🔹 Morning Sessions(9:30 AM – 11:00 AM)

• Oral Papers and Performances: Rooms 3003, 3005, 3007, 3023, 3024, 3025

• Posters: First and Second Floor Atriums
  📝 Presenters must remove their posters at the end of the session.

🍽 Lunch Break(11:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

• Complimentary lunch tickets will be provided to registered participants who requested lunch in advance.

• Pick up your lunch ticket with your nametag at the registration table.

🔹 Midday Sessions(12:15 PM – 1:45 PM)

🔹 Afternoon Sessions(2:00 PM – 3:30 PM)
