It is the position of the University Police Department that among the violations of misconduct considered to be of an especially serious nature are those that represent a threat to the safety and health of  members of the University Community. These include but are not limited too, harassment, physical violence or threat of violence, non-consensual sexual contact, rape or any form of sexual violence.

Criminal Mischief

The Western Kentucky University Police Department is currently investigating vehicle break-ins that occurred in the Kentucky Street Parking Lot. These break-ins occurred during the daylight hours of this week. Everyone is advised to lock your valuables in your trunk or remove them from your vehicle when possible. We have increased patrols in this area, and would appreciate you reporting any suspicious activity as soon as possible by calling our Headquarters at 270-745-2548.
