New programs (minors, certificates, and majors) approved at the September or October UCC meetings would move to the December Board of Regents (BOR) Committee meeting, and January full BOR meeting. The UCC approvals in November through January move to the March BOR committee and April full BOR.  While UCC approvals in February through April would move to the June BOR Committee and July full BOR meeting.

Forms are due with proposals

• Send Course Inventory Forms to the Office of the Registrar in Potter Hall 238 c/o Rheanna Plemons, or via email at rheanna.plemons@wku.edu, or fax to 5-4830.
• The Provost office needs copies of all forms. Please send to rheanna.plemons@wku.edu.
