Stickwork, Patrick Dougherty
October 1 - 19
WKU’s Cultural Enhancement Series and the Kentucky Museum are proud to host award winning artist Patrick Dougherty in October 2018 on WKU’s campus in Bowling Green, Ky. Dougherty creates large scale environmental sculptures made from intertwined tree saplings. His next installation will be located in front of the Kentucky Museum. We invite you to visit the site anytime during construction or to help to build.
Art students, along with other members of the campus community, will be volunteering to help Dougherty build his sculpture on the lawn of the KY Museum. Visitors are welcomed and encouraged throughout the day.
