Accounting & Financial Reporting

Accounting & Financial Reporting is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective accounting system and controls to ensure accountability and appropriate stewardship of the University's financial resources. We are committed to providing timely and valuable financial information and services.

 

Our Responsibilities

• Preparing the University’s annual financial statements
• Coordinating the annual external audit process
• Maintaining the Banner Finance general ledgers and account codes
• Overseeing general and plant accounting functions
• Preparing and processing journal vouchers and inter-account forms
• Reconciling bank accounts and other asset/liability accounts
