The CEBS Student Success Center is a WKU space and can be requested by any WKU-sponsored or affiliated group/organization. We are unable to reserve the space for religious groups, religiously oriented groups, or groups gathering for the purposes of religious activities.

The SSC does not usually close to the public for events. If you would like the SSC to close for your event, please email the CEBS Dean’s Office directly.

Generally, groups are responsible for setting up for and cleaning up after their events. Groups are expected to return the space back to its original setup, remove any trash, and clean any spaces used. See the Space Agreement for more information.

No. Groups are expected to provide any supplies needed for their event.

All food items for events must be provided by and approved by WKU Restaurant and Catering Office (270) 745-2416. The refreshments must be removed from the room immediately after the meeting. The SSC does not provide any materials (e.g., plates, cups, napkins, serving spoons) for events. The kitchen area of the SSC should not be used without permission from SSC staff.

The large SSC space features a television connected to a computer with an additional HDMI hookup for laptops. The conference room has a television with an HDMI connection and a projector. The classroom has a television with an HDMI connection. We ask groups who require technology to arrange for a walkthrough prior to their event. 

We are not responsible for any issues with technology incurred during the event. We recommend contacting WKU Information Technology Services (5-7000) for any technology issues surrounding WKU-owned devices.

The space can be booked by a WKU faculty or staff representative for a Saturday event. We usually do not book the space for Sunday or over the weekend to non-WKU faculty or staff.
