2023 CHF Annual Report Cover

The College Heights Foundation is pleased to share our 2023 annual report. Last year our asset total reached a record high at $257 million. The CHF administers over 2,200 funds awarding almost 3,000 WKU students more than $6.8 million in scholarships.  More than $1.93 million is available to spend in capital, programmatic, professorship and chair funds in support of WKU within these funds. The support of our generous donors makes these milestone achievements possible.

The College Heights Foundation is pleased to share our 2022 annual report. Last year our asset total reached a record high at $227 million. The CHF also administers more than 1,500 funds awarding almost 3,000 WKU students more than $6.8 million in scholarships. More than $3.17 million is available to spend in capital, programmatic, professorship and chair funds in support of WKU within these funds. The support of our generous donors makes these milestone achievements possible.

2021 Annual Report

The College Heights Foundation is pleased to share our 2021 annual report. Last year our asset total reached a record high at $121 million. The CHF also administers nearly 1,400 funds awarding 2,565 WKU students more than $6 million in scholarships. The support of our generous donors makes these milestone achievements possible.

2020 Annual Report

2020 was a year unlike any other in so many ways.  It was no different for the College Heights Foundation, but it also proved to be very successful as our asset total eclipsed the $100 million milestone!  We are also pleased to report that 47 new scholarship funds were created to benefit deserving students attending WKU.  Thanks to the support of our generous donors we now administer more than 1,300 scholarship funds and more than 2,500 WKU students received nearly $6 million in scholarship awards over the past year.

2019 Annual Report

The College Heights Foundation is pleased to share our 2019 annual report. Last year included our asset total reaching a record high at $90 million and surpassing 1,300 funds administered by the CHF. Thanks to the support of our generous donors, more than 2,500 WKU students received more than $5.78 million in scholarship awards.

2018 Annual Report

2018 proved to be another successful year at the College Heights Foundation as nearly 2,500 WKU students received more than $5.5 million in scholarship awards thanks to the generous support of alumni and friends. With the announcement of the WKU Opportunity Fund, a focused fundraising campaign to raise $50 million to support WKU students, there were 43 new scholarship funds established in 2018. CHF is proud to serve as the "Guardian of Trusts" for nearly 1,300 funds overall.

 2017 Annual Report

2017 marked another record breaking year in the College Heights Foundation as our endowment grew to more than $75 million, and more than $11.3 million in contributions were received to help deserving students obtain an education at WKU.

This past July 17, 2018 marked the 95th Anniversary of the College Heights Foundation.  From our humble beginnings in 1923 when a faculty member gave $100 to Dr. Henry Hardin Cherry to provide a helping hand to needy students, the College Heights Foundation has continued with its mission and now provides more than $5.5 million in scholarship awards to thousands of students on an annual basis.

 2016 Annual Report

The College Heights Foundation had another great year, and we are excited to share our 2016 Annual Report.  

Thanks to your support the College Heights Foundation had a record breaking year in fundraising with contributions totaling more than $11 million.  Because of the philanthropic gifts from you and others, we were able to award more than $5 million in scholarships to 2,220 students attending WKU.  Thank you for your generosity which directly impacts deserving students in obtaining an education.
