Marc A. Lovell is a trial lawyer with Harlin Parker in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He specializes in the interests of trucking/transportation companies and their insurance carriers against frivolous claims. He leads Harlin Parker's Rapid Response Team which provides 24/7 emergency investigation and representation to the commercial transportation industry. Services are provided in Kentucky & throughout the central region of the United States. He serves as Regional Counsel for transportational insurance companies in ten states.
Mr. Lovell argues appellate cases before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Supreme Court. He regularly investigates cases in state and federal courts across Kentucky. He is a pro-business advocate.
He and his wife Kelly (WKU ’89, College of Ed and Behavioral Sciences, B.S. Elementary Education) have two children: Eli and Olivia, and reside in Bowling Green.
