Kara Neidell joined the College Heights Foundation in 2022.  She is no stranger to the Hill, having previously served roles in the WKU Alumni Association and the Division of Extended Learning and Outreach (DELO).  She graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing and in 2011 with a Masters of Science degree in Recreation and Sports Administration.  While a student on the Hill, she was a member of the WKU Cheer Program. 

Kara is a native of Glasgow, KY and is married to Jason Neidell, Head Women's Soccer Coach at WKU.  They have one child, Quinn, who is an aspiring Hilltopper.  The Neidell's are avid Hilltopper supporters and can always be found cheering on the Tops.
