Chinese Flagship Program Faculty and Staff

Ms. I-Tsai Pan holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. With over two and a half years of experience at WKU, she has excelled in organizing cultural and co-curricular events to recruit and engage students in the Chinese Flagship Program. She provides individualized language instruction and personalized learning while supporting students from diverse backgrounds in their language learning journeys, helping them become global professionals with a clear understanding of the Capstone program and service commitment.
